Three MLS systems
Depending on the location of your property, we will list your home in the best multi list systems for you. We are currently members of the GEORGIA MLS, Savannah MLS, and August MLS. This provides MLS access to your property to realtors statewide.

Photography
Professional real estate photographers will photograph interior and exterior of your property. The better your home looks online and in advertisements, the more buyer interest we receive; therefore, we use only exceptional images when advertising your property.

Web Presence & Custom Advertising
Available properties are fed to 70+ real estate sites which includes all major national feeds. From professional flyers, for sale post cards, excellent web coverage and custom ads, we strive to place your property in all potential buyer’s laps.

Qualified Buyers
All in office buyers will be screened and prequalified through a mortgage company PRIOR to viewing our properties. We ask that all outside agents bring only qualified buyers to our properties as well.

Negotiations
We represent you through all offers. Working with buyers and their agents to get you the best possible sales price for your property.
